The Jungle is finished as a main project, considering that I'm working now and I also have another pitch to make and to add to another piece I've been working on, but can't show here, sadly.

I think after the first chapter, I began to hate it. I really hated it, due to the fact that I'm still trying to find my identity as a comic artist, and feeling like an action adventure oriented storyline was the way to go in order to become popular was a bad decision. 

I wasn't all about it, but a small story, a little 10 pager I made as a side thing about the life of two people, I made nonstop in one week, and am still working on at this very moment. 

I hate to do this because it's unprofessional, but I have to. Projects have to be something that you want to do from start to finish for no reason other than the fact that you love it. And I feel strained when I go by formula, so the formulas out and the realness is in. 

Alright, now that the break is over there will be an update this Wednesday. I've been busy with job searching and making a pitch to an online company that will remain unnamed for the time being. I'm hoping to bring in some extra dough for college and stuff. 

Also, there is a second series whirling in my head right now, but I probably won't post any concepts or anything until the end of Chapter 1-2.

So, good news. Since everyone doesn't know me at all, when I was twelve I could draw 17 comic pages in one weekend. This weekend, I drew only 13, as compared to barely doing like 5. So it's been a pretty great weekend creatively. I hope that most weekends are like this overall. 

I'm working on more scripts to power through during the week while I'm STILL looking for a job, and trying secure another. SIGH.

Anyway, I'm happy to be back in the drawing seat again. And maybe my pageviews getting back to normal numbers. 

Ahem somethings that need to be taken care of: 

1. This Wednesday I won't have an update, but an extra comic ready, that I'm currently working one while the other pages get done. I seriously need to look at and plan out chapter 2 and how it'll work.

2. If anyone noticed, I deleted three pages of the Jungle and fixed the numbers around. They were filler and I hate filler. It looked very cheap and there are 2 pages that I HAVE to fix, and a few others I have to tweak as well.I actually forgot to upload a page, so now its up and all the links after it had to be fixed. 

3. I'm not sure how many pages will be in the next update. If I am compelled to make seven like I did for the beginning, then so be it, but as of right now, I'm at 2-3 at the most. 

Somethings that are so totally awesome that I have to say here: 

1. Page One has over 400 views! 

2. The finale of Chapter 1-1 has been one of my successful days ever! over 100 views in 2 days and plenty of faves!

The next comic update will be happening this weekend, and I will be trying to update in batches every 2 weeks to keep this going. 

Page One so far was reached nearly 300 views since its debut, and that's absolutely fantastic. 

The following issues has been brought to my attention: 

1. The font is too small. 
    Well, I use the normal size for making print comics, but I will make the pictures larger so that everyone can see. 

2. The story...it's losing me.
     Trust me when I say in the next couple updates everything will start to make sense. I'm sorry if it seems confusing right now.

3. I need to do more pages in terms of updates because I'm starting to get a bit more visible, with me getting into Ormes Society, My submission getting posted from WeAreComics, and BisexualBooks. 

I'm looking forward to having more viewers, watchers and readers and making a really cool story. I have the whole of Chapter One sketched out and ready to be colored and lined, so there should be some bigger updates coming.
